Tom Colicchio, Tyler Florence, Jacques Pepin, and Charlie Trotter will be just four of the top chefs featured at the fourth annual Pebble Beach Food & Wine 2011.
The event, April 28 through May 1, will bring together more than 70 prominent chefs and 250 acclaimed wineries and distinguished winemakers for a number of events.
These will range from cooking demonstrations to vertical tastings from wine producers, a tribute to Tom Colicchio on the 10th anniversary of his restaurant Craft, and Breakfast of Champs: Bubbles, Bacon N’ Eggs.
Other chefs will include Christopher Kostow, Michel Richard, Gary Danko, Iron Chef Morimoto, Rick Tramonto, Nancy Silverton, Jonathan Waxman, Ming Tsai, Michael Chiarello, Guy Fieri, Dean Fearing, and David Myers.
