At the center of Chef Crary’s kindship between hospitality and sustainability is 1 Kitchen, an ingredient-driven concept located on the ground floor of 1 Hotel Nashville. Inspired by the 1 Kitchen Crary originally opened at 1 Hotel West Hollywood, the restaurant’s farm-to-table and sustainably-driven approach showcases a myriad of zero-waste menu items while sourcing ingredients from local purveyors and even from on-site harvests and the property’s very own bee garden.
