Fans who love flavor fusion will be mystified with the “Not Your Mom’s” Fried Chicken, taking the classic comfort food to a new level of savory goodness with a batter infused with the flavor of waffles and maple syrup. Topped with a tangy chicken gravy and served with mashed potatoes and seared garlic green beans, the dish is fast becoming a fan favorite. Finally, steak lovers will crave the new Sirloin Steak, grilled to perfection and finished with a succulent bacon chive butter, served with creamy mashed potatoes.
“We wanted to bring a few of our favorite new menu items to the forefront as we give fans from all over the world the chance to experience a few of our flavorful new dishes,” said Chef Bob Gallagher, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage. “We know that our guests are always craving more of our American-style cooking, and these dishes pack a lot of flavor into innovative new recipes that are sure to delight.”
