Paul W. Vernon and Sean Lockovich of the Retail Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented The Toasted Yolk Café in the lease of 4,500 square feet of restaurant space at The Shoppes at Grand Crossing in Katy, Texas. This is the first franchise location for The Toasted Yolk Café.

Located at the southwest corner of Interstate 10 and State Highway 99 near Costco, the restaurant features a patio and will open winter 2017. Ashley Strickland of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord, POG Kosmos 1099, LP, of Houston.

Paul and Sean helped find three additional locations for The Toasted Yolk Cafe that are scheduled to open in late 2017 and early 2018. One is in The Woodlands Texas, and is located in Wulfe and Company’s New East Shore Place development. The remaining two locations are in Spring Texas: A new prototype restaurant in Kimco’s Grand Parkway Marketplace and a converted restaurant space in the Imperial Oaks shopping center in Spring.

The Toasted Yolk Café was established in the Houston area in 2010. Open for breakfast and lunch, the restaurant closes at 3 p.m. to ensure work/life balance for employees. The Toasted Yolk Café serves beer and wine, a unique offer among restaurants of its type, and is currently franchising throughout the state of Texas.
