Paul W. Vernon, Executive Vice President in the Retail Division at Henry S. Miller, brokered the transaction that will bring the first Toasted Yolk Café to North Texas. Located in Southlake’s Gateway Plaza Shopping Center, 2800 East Southlake Blvd., the 4,056-square-foot breakfast and lunch restaurant is slated to open late Fall 2021 after renovations to the existing space and patio. Yolked LLC, a new franchisee group from Houston and Dallas, signed the lease.
Ryan Patterson of Yolked LLC and his team scouted more than 50 locations across Dallas-Fort Worth and kept returning to Southlake, where they felt there were not enough good breakfast and lunch options. “We are excited to bring this fresh new concept to the Southlake market and become part of the community.”
Toasted Yolk Café was established in Conroe, TX in 2010 and quickly grew to more than 20 locations across the greater Houston area. It is currently expanding throughout Texas and into the Florida, Alabama and Tennessee markets. With the tag line, “It’s Never too Early to get Toasted!” Toasted Yolk offers a full bar, which is a unique feature among breakfast and lunch restaurants.
