For the sixth year in a row, the Tijuana Flats Just in Queso Foundation, which provides aid to individuals, communities and organizations in need, is teaming up with Estée Lauder to raise money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).

From September 28 through October 14, three dollars from every sale of Tijuana Flats Just in Queso Foundation charity hot sauce will be donated to the BCRF. Retailing for five dollars a bottle, the Just in Queso hot sauce is available for sale at any of Tijuana Flats’ 83 locations nationwide as well as online at www.tijuanaflats.com.

“Since we started this initiative, we have raised nearly $200,000 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation,” says Dede Franklin, president of the Just in Queso Foundation. “It is important for us to do our part for the fight against breast cancer and help organizations like BCRF find a cure.”

Tijuana Flats’ Just in Queso Foundation provides aid to individuals, communities, and organizations in need. With the Just in Queso Foundation, Tijuana Flats is able to have support funds waiting “just in case” a tragedy strikes and people are left in need, including everything from rebuilding areas devastated by natural disasters to providing monetary support for other non-profit charities, families, and individuals when they need it most.

The Just in Queso Foundation provides financial support primarily through the in-store and online sales of the Just in Queso charity hot sauce, as well as the restaurant’s special-edition holiday “Smack My Ass and Call Me Santa!” hot sauce where $3 from each bottle is donated to charity. Employees of Tijuana Flats also have the opportunity to donate directly from their paycheck, which an impressive 40 percent of the company currently do.
