Thirsty Lion Gastropub opened its fourth North Texas location, its first in the city of Dallas. Thirsty Lion Gastropub at Preston Hollow Village is on the northwest corner of North Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas, Texas.

Thirsty Lion Gastropub has been expanding since its launch in 2010 with 10 locations in Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, and Texas.
Thirsty Lion’s Preston Hollow location will mark its first location in the city of Dallas. Preston Hollow Village is a luxury, mixed-use development anchored by Trader Joe’s, Frost Bank, and Orange Theory Fitness which features hi-rise, Class A, office space, mid-rise luxury apartments and an upscale outdoor shopping environment with a kaleidoscope of boutique shopping, dining, and retail services. Enjoy walking amidst cascading fountains, sculptures, programmed water features by day, and fire features by night.
This location was a redesign of an existing restaurant location in the shopping center. Inside, the design showcases a polished and upscale version of the traditional Thirsty Lion style. Rustic wood finishes mix with modern decorative light fixtures. Pops of rich color layer with bold pattern and texture.
The Gastropub has 7500 square feet of indoor dining and bar area and 1982 square feet of outdoor patio. The restaurant features an indoor/ outdoor bar, open kitchen, and patio area that wraps around the entire building, perfect for large groups and private parties. Total indoor seating capacity is 251 persons and outdoor seating capacity is 136 persons.
Thirsty Lion’s culinary commitment is to provide a variety of options that feature scratch-made, multicultural cuisines, with an emphasis on local ingredients and bold flavors. A seasonal fresh sheet focuses on the changing season’s offerings, featuring unique ingredients including fresh seafood, quality meats, and local vegetables and fruits. Signature dishes include the Gorgonzola-infused Gastropub Burger; Bacon Wrapped BBQ Prawns; Beer Battered Fish & Chips; Gochujang BBQ Pork & Kimchi Fried Rice; the Seared Ahi Salad; Baja Fish Tacos; and Traditional Scotch Eggs. The menu also features shareable appetizers, salads, sandwiches, fresh seafood, half-pound gourmet burgers and steaks. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available.
Thirsty Lion features a statement bar that features a large selection of craft cocktails that highlight combinations of fresh fruit purees, juices and premium liquors. Guests will also enjoy a wide variety of beers on tap, many of which are local to Texas, offering a beer on hand for every palate as well as an extensive wine list. The menu features modern takes on classic cocktails as well as signature drinks like their Grapefruit Basil Martini, Blood Orange Margarita and Old Fashioned.
One of the many things Thirsty Lion Gastropub is known for is their elevated sports viewing experience. The restaurant is equipped with dozens of HD flat screens inside and out. Thirsty Lion specifically programs its sports schedule every day to make sure that all sports viewing requests in the area are met. In each community where Thirsty Lion opens a restaurant, they support the area schools with planned and interactive fundraising campaigns on a quarterly basis. They also host an annual neighborhood celebration for St. Patrick’s Day at each of their locations which support their national charity partner, St. Baldrick’s Foundation for pediatric cancer research.

Thirsty Lion Preston Hollow joins three other existing Texas locations at Grandscape, Texas, in The Colony, Toyota Music Factory in Irving, and Glade Parks in Euless.
