TESSA, a Michelin-recommended modern Mediterranean restaurant on New York City’s Upper West Side, has launched a new brunch beverage program, and has focused its brunch menu.
The new brunch beverages begin with the outrageous Hot Chocolate, made with Valhrona dark & milk chocolate, whipped cream, a massive housemade marshmallow, and an almond biscotti on the side. The additions continue with a selection of house-made sodas—creamsicle and cherry—and a new juice bar featuring options like Red Jacket NY Style Lemon-Appleade and the Refresher—pineapple, cucumber and basil.
TESSA’s selection of well-built cocktails, bubbles, beers and wines is still available.
Brunch dishes have been streamlined to feature only the best of the best, in a more approachable fashion. Highlights include the Build Your Bennie program, which allows for benedict combos like crispy lemon arancini, topped with lobster and herbed tomato béarnaise.
The Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich stays true to its name with chicken sausage, a mini omelette, oven-dried tomato, Gruyere, and harissa aioli on an English muffin.
