TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants (TSFR) today announced the promotion of team members to senior executive roles and new hire of a vice president.
John Andrews has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations of the TSFR Casual Dine Division and Jeremy Braswell to Senior Director of Operations for TSFR Applebee’s restaurants. Joining the TSFR team is Ryan Jones who will assume the role of Vice President of Operations for Olga’s Kitchen.

In his new role, John Andrews will lead the strategic direction of TSFR’s Applebee’s and Olga’s Kitchen restaurant brands. John has been with TSFR since the group’s purchase of Applebee’s in 2012 as Vice President of Operations. With over 40 years of experience in the casual dining segment, John has a strong track record in driving revenue, optimizing profits and cultivating a culture of respect, pride and values. Over his almost 30 year-long distinguished career with T.G.I. Friday’s, John progressed from the field to vice president and was nominated for the Carlson Leadership honor twice, also winning Director of Operations of the Year two times. John is on the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association.
Jeremy Braswell, Senior Director of Operations, TSFR Applebee’s Restaurants
With more than 25 years of restaurant industry experience, Jeremy Braswell will be assuming the role of Senior Director of Operations for all TSFR Applebee’s restaurants. Formerly serving as Director of Operations for TSFR West Michigan Applebee’s, his passionate leadership has been instrumental in managing TEAM members, sales growth and profitability of 29 Applebee’s restaurants. Jeremy came to Applebee’s in 2000 as a Kitchen Manager in Holland, Mich.
Ryan Jones, Vice President of Operations, Olga’s Kitchen
Hailing from Boston, Ryan Jones joins the Olga’s Kitchen team as Vice President of Operations after a 16-year tenure with Lyons Group Management. In his most-recent role as Vice President of Operations, Ryan oversaw the daily operations of 26 venues and helped grow the company by developing new concepts, selecting sites, supervising marketing efforts and monitoring profit performance. Touching nearly every category of the restaurant world, Ryan has experience with sports bars, fine dining, live music lounges, bowling alleys and seafood restaurants. His leadership has impacted the bottom line and company culture of every venue he’s operated, consistently exceeding performance expectations.
