TAG Restaurant Group (TRG), helmed by Denver restaurateur Troy Guard, announced the opening of their newest location in South Denver’s Highlands Ranch at 1485 Park Central Dr Suite 300, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129, this fall. HashTAG recently announced plans to open a new HashTAG in downtown Denver in early 2023 and are now thrilled to bring their Boozy Brunch dining experience to Highlands Ranch.
“We are incredibly excited to bring a HashTAG to the vibrant community of Highlands Ranch,” says Guard. “I have given a lot of love to the city of Denver, but I have never opened a restaurant as far south as Highlands Ranch.”
HashTAG has made a name for itself in Central Park for their lively music and atmosphere, boozy brunch cocktails, and Guard’s innovative take on classic brunch fare. Guests at the new location can expect to find menu staples like the award-winning Egg Benedicts, Chilaquiles, Big Cast-Iron Cinnamon Roll, Biscuits & Gravy and platter-sized HashTAG Hotcakes in various seasonal and house varieties.
The Highlands Ranch location comes off the recent announcement that TAG Restaurant Group is opening a HashTAG in downtown Denver in the first half of 2024. The group’s plans for the brand include further expansion to other parts of Colorado, with a possibility of expanding out of state in the next couple of years.
Says Guard, “We’ve been focusing on the expansion of HashTAG downtown but when the chance came about to open our in Highlands Ranch, it was too good of an opportunity to pass up and we had to jump on it. Everyone keeps asking me when I’m going to open a TAG [Restaurant Group] restaurant in this neighborhood–well here we come!”
This new HashTAG location, joins Guard and TAG Restaurant Group’s eleven restaurant locations across four concepts including Bubu, Los Chingones and Guard and Grace.
