Taffer’s Tavern, an innovative, full-service restaurant franchise founded by “Bar Rescue” star and award-winning hospitality expert Jon Taffer, launched a new spring menu with a range of new dishes and drinks that are not only delicious but also showcase the best of what spring has to offer. 

The new menu, available at all Taffer’s Tavern locations (Alpharetta, GA, Washington, D.C., and Watertown, MA), includes a variety of starters, entrees, and desserts, all of which are made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Some of the highlights include the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and Summer Salad. In addition to the new food items, the restaurant is also introducing several new cocktails. Afterburner, made with traditional whiskey Paper Plane and a stealthy hot honey syrup topped with a spiked smoky foam, is sure to be a hit, as is the refreshing Amalfi Sunset Zero Proof. 

Starters: 

  • DEVILED EGGS – Hard-boiled eggs stuffed with traditional filling and topped with crispy pork belly, paprika and scallions 
  • TT POUTINE – Tater tots topped with shredded braised short rib, decadent mushroom béchamel sauce and creamy cheese curds 
  • BUFFALO CHICKEN FLATBREAD – Grilled chicken tossed in spicy Buffalo sauce, with mozzarella, crumbled bleu cheese and scallions, drizzled with ranch and Buffalo sauce 

Salad & Soup: 

  • SUMMER SALAD – Refreshing watermelon diced and mixed with feta cheese, cucumber, red onion and avocado, tossed with a spring mix and our light lime-mint vinaigrette 
  • GRILLED CHICKEN COBB – Classic cobb with chopped grilled chicken, crispy bacon bits, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, hard-boiled egg, red onion, avocado and bleu cheese crumble atop crisp romaine, with a side of bleu cheese dressing 
  • TOMATO BISQUE- Savory tomato fusion with rich cream and aromatic vegetables topped with basil and served with cheesy garlic bread  

Plates: 

  • PENNE YOUR WAY – Penne tossed in your choice of house-made sauce, served with garlic bread. 
  • Choice of creamy tomato vodka with ricotta or rich Alfredo with parmesan 
  • LOBSTER MAC & CHEESE – Cavatappi pasta in indulgent cheddar cheese sauce tossed with large, tender lobster chunks 

Handhelds: 

  • LOBSTER ROLL – Large chilled lobster chunks prepared Maine-style with mayo and lemon, stuffed into the top of a warm brioche bun 
  • SOUTHWEST BURGER – Juicy burger topped with pepper jack cheese, house-made guacamole and crispy jalapeños on a warm brioche bun 

Cocktails: 

  • LOST AT SEA – A glistening deep sea experience with vodka, tropical orange and ginger flavors, garnished with a mermaid 
  • AFTERBURNER – We’ve spiced up your traditional whiskey Paper Plane with a stealthy hot honey syrup topped with a spiked smoky foam 
  • BLUEBERRY BLISS MARGARITA – Our twist on a classic margarita crafted using silver tequila, lavender lemon syrup and citrus flavors including orange and lime, with muddled blueberries 
  • STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER MULE – A berry delicious vodka mule with strawberry rose flavors, lime juice, ginger beer and fresh strawberries, finished with ginger foam 
  • THE GODFATHER – Jon Taffer’s go-to classic cocktail crafted using Scotch and amaretto. Order it like Jon Taffer – “The Jon-father”! Johnnie Walker Blue and a splash of amaretto 
  • AMALFI SUNSET ZERO PROOF – Refreshing taste of southern Italy with notes of blood orange, red citrus, strawberry, and hot honey
