Sullivan’s Steakhouse has opened the doors of its newest restaurant in the historic city of Little Rock. Located at 17707 Chenal Parkway, the 9,100 square-foot restaurant space is the brand’s first location in Arkansas and 14th in the United States. The one-of-a-kind steakhouse offers guests bone-in and hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood and signature cocktails with the sounds of live, local jazz music in a friendly, familiar atmosphere.

“When the opportunity presented itself to open a restaurant in Arkansas, it felt like the perfect time to expand into this market and bring our rich traditions to the beautiful city of Little Rock,” says Nishant Machado, President and CEO of Dividend Restaurant Group. “We’re honored to be part of Little Rock’s bustling culinary scene and look forward to welcoming guests through our doors for years to come.”

The new restaurant is overseen by General Manager Max Ceaser, a seasoned operational leader with 25 years of experience working in both the front and back of house at notable restaurants – including several national brands like Outback Steakhouse, as well as some of Little Rock’s hottest local venues such as Cheers at the OPO (Old Post Office). In addition to being an accomplished restaurateur himself, Ceaser is a music enthusiast with a passion for playing the piano, making him a welcome addition to the Sullivan’s family where live jazz is an important part of the brand’s deep history. He brings his love of cooking out into the community by teaching children’s cooking classes at the Bearden Production Center of the Arts.

On the culinary side, Executive Chef Michael Brown will oversee the kitchen at the new Sullivan’s, bringing his unique perspective and experience working for some of the biggest names in Orlando’s vibrant culinary scene, including Wolfgang Puck, Funky Monkey Wine Company and Modern Diner. With the help of his talented team, Chef Brown will serve up Sullivan’s classic American menu featuring appetizers such as the steakhouse’s iconic Cheesesteak Eggrolls made with tender filet mignon and an array of decadent bone-in cuts of steak cooked to order – all of which pair perfectly with any of Sullivan’s signature cocktails such as the Knockout Martini, inspired by the steakhouse’s name sake, boxer John Sullivan.

Sullivan’s offers lunch daily beginning at 11:00am, a happy hour starting at 3:00pm Monday through Thursday featuring a menu of $7 bar bites, and quarterly specialty dinners that allow guests the chance to sample different premium wines and spirits paired with a specially curated chef’s tasting menu.
