Sugar Factory American Brasserie revealed its third New York City location at 1991 Broadway in the Upper West Side District, continuing the celebrated brand’s impressive worldwide expansion.

Sugar Factory first came onto the New York scene in April 2013 and quickly became the city’s sweetest sensation, frequented by locals, tourists and celebrities alike. The new 8,000-squarefoot brasserie and retail store delivers the same “candyland” appeal that has made Sugar Factory an international favorite. The design combines form and function to bring Sugar Factory’s whimsical brand into its new home on Broadway. The dining room spans two floors, with one hundred sixty-five seats and two magnificent bars serving up Sugar Factory’s famed candy-themed cocktails. The top floor also features a private “VIP” room that can be rented out for special events and comes complete with a personal candy store that can be customized with guests’ favorites.

Situated at the entrance to the new Sugar Factory American Brasserie, a spacious sidewalkstyle café counter will soon become Sugar Factory’s Artisanal Doughnut and Coffee Bar.

Spearheaded by acclaimed Corporate Pastry Chef Max Santiago, formerly of The Salty Donut, with a seventy seat casual dining space serving artisanal doughnuts, macarons, specialty coffees, delectable milkshakes, year-round ice-cream and gelato and sweet pizza. All sweets served at the bar will be available “to-go.”

The retail section of Sugar Factory features a selection of more than three hundred of the company’s signature treats and merchandise, including candy bins and the world-famous

Couture Pops. Synonymous with the Sugar Factory brand, Couture Pops have become a pop culture phenomenon and have made confections a celebrity accessory.

The expansive restaurant serves delectable breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night options, offering a variety of mouthwatering appetizers, oversized sandwiches, salads, pizzas and more.

Sugar Factory’s specialty, of course, is the sprawling dessert menu, featuring an assortment of warm, freshly baked waffles and crepes, childhood favorites and rich, gourmet chocolates cascading from colossal fondue fountains. In addition to the savory cuisine and sweet confections, Sugar Factory offers a distinctive selection of liquid libations.

Sugar Factory American Brasserie is open from breakfast through dinner Monday to Thursday,

from 10:30 a.m. to midnight and Friday to Saturday, 10 to 1 a.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to

midnight. A brunch menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday.
