Bianconi is now open on West 3rd St in Los Angeles. The restaurant, by Fabrizio and Diana Bianconi, represents new dimensions and textures to capture the essence of the energetic city and showcase their continued respect for great Italian cuisine.
The couple brought in Spacecraft Group to help realize their vision for their flagship Spacecraft Design Group to help realize their vision for their flagship Bianconi location.
The interior is inspired by a sleek vintage Italian look with industrial accents. Classic brick arches provide an intimate lounge-like ambiance. A large cantilevered Facade door lends an indoor-outdoor feel to the main dining room while a large skylight dominates the atrium dining area. The main dining room is flanked by a dramatic honed quartz fireplace and centralized bar. An open grill area gives patrons the opportunity to see the magic in the kitchen. The 140 seat space was formerly occupied by Ortolan, a restaurant designed by Spacecraft in 2004, making them the perfect choice, challenging them to re-imagining the distinctive and elegant space.
