Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery Now Offers a Full Bar

After eight years serving wine and house-brewed beers alongside its Gulf Coast fare at Pearl, Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery is now offering a full bar for the first time, along with a brand-new craft cocktail list. The bar features a selection of spirits, including vodka, tequila, gin, rye, bourbon, scotch, cognac, and rum. 
 
Highlights of Southerleigh’s 10 new cocktails include: (Cocktails created by David Willmore, Beverage Director)  
 
Blueprint - Boodles Strawberry Rhubarb Gin, Elderflower, Lemon, Blueberry, Bitters
The Madame - Flor de Cana Rum, Jalapeno, Chinola Passion Fruit, Lime
The Darling - Chopin Vodka, Peach, Lemon, Rosemary, Egg White
Mash Tin - Tin Cup Whiskey, Basil, Blackberry, Lime, Soda
Brewer’s Nightcap - Mr. Black Vodka, Katz Coffee, Five Farms Irish Cream, Salted Caramel, Hazelnut
