Snuffer’s Restaurant & Bar’s menu just became even more iconic! Renowned for its signature menu of legendary burgers and famous original cheddar fries, Snuffer’s has introduced 14 new dishes, including Frito Pie, Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, the Knife & Fork Dog and three premium sides like Chipotle Corn, Candied Bacon Brussel Sprouts and Coleslaw.

- Greens and Bowls
- Ensalada Fresco ($10) - Field greens and grape tomatoes tossed in ranch dressing topped with diced avocado, roasted corn, black beans, tortilla strips, queso fresco, and Yowza sauce. Add a chargrilled, crispy fried, or buffalo fried chicken
- Classic Cobb Salad ($12) - Field greens, romaine hearts, baked ham, roasted turkey, grape tomatoes, avocado slices, hard-boiled egg, aged Wisconsin cheddar, bacon crumbles, chives, and honey mustard dressing
- Frito Pie ($9.50) - Corn chips topped with our homemade Texas Chili, Wisconsin cheddar, queso, pico de gallo, and sour cream
- Burgers
- Horseradish Steak Burger ($15) - Wagyu steak, horseradish cream, grilled onion, iceberg lettuce, tomato, applewood bacon, and aged Wisconsin cheddar served on a brioche bun
- Texas Wagyu Burger ($15) - Wagyu patty, aged Wisconsin cheddar, crispy onion, tomato, mixed greens, and mayo on a brioche bun
- Big Mike Burger ($12) - Two ¼ lb patties, American cheese, tangy "boom boom" sauce, iceberg lettuce, dill pickle, red onion served on a triple decker sesame seed bun.
- Sandwiches and Wraps
- Turkey Swiss Avocado Sandwich ($13) - A turkey patty with Swiss, spring mix, sliced avocado, and coleslaw on a brioche bun
- Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($11.50) - Battered and fried chicken breast topped with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, dill pickles, red onion, and Snuffer's dressing on a brioche bun. Have the chicken tossed in Buffalo some extra heat!
- Hot Honey Sandwich ($12.50) - Crispy chicken breast, hot honey, dill pickles, fresh coleslaw, and ranch dressing served on a brioche bun
- California Chicken Wrap ($12) - Grilled chicken breast, applewood bacon, Swiss, sliced avocado, tomato, field greens, and garlic aioli served in a wrap and grilled
- Southwest Pimento BLT ($11.50) - Green Chile pimento cheese, fried tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and applewood bacon served on sourdough
- Comfort Classics
- Grilled Meatloaf ($14.50) - Scratch-made meatloaf topped with tomato glaze and served with a choice of 2 sides
- Knife & Fork Dog ($10.50) - ½ lb all beef frankfurter, aged Wisconsin cheddar, yellow mustard, red onion, house Texas Chili on a poppy seed bun, served with choice of 1 side
- Crispy Chimichanga ($12) - Black beans, blistered corn, pico de gallo, aged Wisconsin cheddar, and Swiss cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and fried. Topped with queso and pico de gallo and served with choice of one side. Add taco beef or chicken!
