Smokey Bones's Rib Feast Returns with Special Toppings

Smokey Bones Fire & Grill is turning up the heat and trendy flavor with a new Spicy Volcano and Brown Sugar Bacon toppings available for a limited time during Create Your Own Rib Feast.  Guests can Create Your Own feast with the choice of two flavors of ribs, two sides, garlic bread and a pint of beer for only $22.99.  Classic smoked baby back ribs, St. Louis style ribs, or the limited-edition flavors are included.

The new Spicy Volcano Sauce is a combination of buffalo sauce, Tabasco chipotles, cayenne pepper and brown sugar, while the Brown Sugar Bacon sauce includes a brown sugar barbecue glaze and bacon pieces. The flavors were created by Smokey Bones Chief Officer of Food & Beverage Innovation Peter Farrand and Corporate Chef Howard Kleinberg.

“Ribs are Smokey Bones’ number one selling menu item,” says Chef Peter Farrand, Chief Food and Beverage Innovation Officer for Smokey Bones. “We are delighted to bring back our “Create Your Own Rib Feast” where guests get a great value along with variety by offering two new  on trend rib toppings – Spicy Volcano which has flavor and lasting heat and Brown Sugar- Bacon which adds additional smokiness to the ribs and some texture.”

Other Smokey Bones menu items include a selection of premium meats smoked in-house daily as well as fire-grilled burgers, steaks and salmon. Guests can choose from Smokey Bones’ famous barbecue ribs, hand-pulled pork, beef brisket, slow-smoked spiced sausage, barbecue chicken, or sliced turkey.  A variety of sides are also available, like barbecue baked beans, creamy cole slaw or fire-roasted corn.  Rounding out the menu is a choice of beer, wine, hand-crafted cocktails and desserts.
