Tracy Markie, chairman and founder of Small Box Energy formally announced Dan Clarke’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Dan is a seasoned CEO with over 30 years of executive leadership experience. He comes to Small Box Energy with a distinguished record for growing small to medium sized companies into market leaders. This is Dan’s tenth time holding a position of this magnitude.

Used in over 35 brands nationwide, including one of the largest Quick Serve Restaurants (QSRs) in the world, its popularity continues to grow as restaurant and convenience store owners realize as much as 66 percent of their energy bill is generated from these critical systems.
Dan has successfully grown over a dozen companies through talent acquisition and clearly implementing a fast-paced growth strategy. As a strong leader, he recognizes customer relationships are the key to building good business and truly becoming market leaders, especially for high-tech products, due to the complexity and resistance to change. Mr. Clarke continues to be active on several privately held technology-based company boards; and among his various achievements, he has played an essential role in raising capital needed to execute his visions.
