Sir Veza's Adopts DTT Surveillance, Loss Prevention Systems in All Locations

Sir Veza’s, an emerging restaurant company in the Southwest U.S., has chosen DTT as its exclusive surveillance and loss prevention provider.

DTT systems will be implemented throughout the entire enterprise, with installations beginning this month. Sir Veza’s operates two concepts, Sir Veza’s Taco Garage and El Charro Café.

“Our restaurants range from an iconic 90-year-old family dining icon to a hip and modern gastro pub, so when we seek support, we look for unique technology providers that fit all of our operational needs,” says Raymon Flores, owner-operator of Sir Veza’s. “DTT fit the bill, and we have Aloha systems installed at several stores, so once I heard that DTT partners with Aloha and can tie the POS overlay into the video, I knew it was the right choice for us, enterprise-wide.

“I am always looking for competitive edge and was immediately drawn to DTT’s latest technology and proactive package of managed services,” he continues. “I look forward to taking advantage of the SmartAudit reports and am thrilled to be able to oversee all of my operations from one place, the MyDTT portal.”

Tom Moran, executive vice president of sales and marketing at DTT, says, “Partnering with Sir Veza’s, a family-owned concept with traditional roots but yet a modern vision to expand, is very inspiring for DTT. We have structured a specific loss prevention solution to help the Sir Veza management team significantly enhance guest service and ensure best practices in their restaurant operations.  With Sir Veza’s future growth in mind, DTT is motivated to be their exclusive loss prevention and surveillance partner that will help the company successfully expand.”

Sir Veza’s will be opening its next location at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas by the end of this year and will install DTT systems at this restaurant and all other new sites.
