S&D Coffee & Tea introduced a new portfolio of infused beverages. Inspired by the traditional agua fresca, the new line features eight varieties made with real fruit juice, real cane sugar and natural flavors. Non-carbonated and caffeine-free, the S&D Infused Beverages align with the latest demands for lighter refreshment in a variety of fresh, fun flavors.

Driven by today’s health-conscious consumers, better-for-you beverages are gaining momentum and causing the foodservice industry to invest in expanded beverage options that go beyond conventional soda, iced tea and tap water. Flavored water is leading the charge as one of the fastest growing beverage categories in the U.S. market.

“We’re excited to launch our own line, S&D Infused Beverages, as the demand for flavorful, better-for-you beverages increases,” says Helen Griffith, VP, Marketing at S&D Coffee & Tea. “While today’s consumers are more health-conscious and seek a better beverage experience, they also want flavorful options aside from plain water. That’s where infused beverages come in. The new line of S&D Infused Beverages is the first of many new products that go beyond our coffee and tea offerings.”

S&D Infused Beverages are available in eight on-trend flavors, including:

  • Black Cherry Citrus
  • Blackberry Lemonade
  • Cucumber Lime
  • Ginger Pear
  • Mango Lemonade
  • Orange Passionfruit (reduced-sugar)
  • Papaya Pineapple
  • Strawberry Watermelon

There’s no denying the profit potential of on-trend beverages, especially those that check the boxes for health-conscious consumers. S&D Infused Beverages can help drive sales across dayparts and are the perfect foundation for signature mocktails and cocktails. Plus, strategically placed bubblers at the bar or register can encourage impulse purchases. With the opportunity to increase sales exponentially, infused beverages can boost beverage profit margins, especially during the summer season.

More than 30 percent of consumers are seeking new and unique beverages at restaurants.

This, coupled with the fact that healthy, exotic flavors and seasonality are impacting alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink sales, reinforces the need to refresh your beverage offerings. With shelf life between six and nine months, S&D Infused Beverages make it easy to satisfy your customers with a better beverage experience. The new beverages are available now in half-gallon concentrates and come in six bottles per case.
