Schedulefly, a company that provides web-based restaurant staff scheduling software to over 3,000 restaurants, just launched the Restaurant Owners Uncorked (ROU) web site, which focuses on the company's popular video series and books.
Restaurant Owners Uncorked started as a book Schedulefly published in 2011, featuring interviews with twenty independent owners who shared advice on how to be successful in the tough restaurant business. The book has sold over 5,000 copies and its success led to the company's popular video series of the same name.
"We are lucky to have the opportunity to serve so many amazing restaurant owners via Schedulefly," says Wil Brawley. "It is an honor to be able to capture some of them on film and in our book, sharing their recipes for success."
The new web site will host all of the videos and provide updates on upcoming projects. Currently there are over 30 one-to-three minute videos, and Schedulefly is producing three new ones per month. A second Restaurant Owners Uncorked book is due out in 2014. Brawley said the ROU projects and the web site are investments the company is making into the industry his company serves.
