Drift, San Jose del Cabo’s favorite Gallery District boutique hotel, is introducing a new all-day dining concept, Drift Kitchen + Mezcal Bar, on Thursday, December 15th.

Nestled in the property’s outdoor courtyard, Drift Kitchen + Mezcal Bar is a full-service restaurant specializing in Baja fare and mezcals, doubling as a modern yet comfortable hangout spot for locals and visitors alike. Equipped with lounge seating and plenty of shade, the restaurant reflects the laidback energy, flavors and spirits of the region through every visible design and menu detail.

The seasonal menus are designed in partnership with Jorge Espindola and Cesar Pita of San Jose del Cabo based hospitality group Roots and Roads. Whether in search for chilaquiles for breakfast, tuna ceviche for an afternoon snack, or de la baja shrimp tacos for dinner, the dishes celebrate the coastal cuisine of the Baja California Sur region. The Mezcal Bar menu complements these flavors and features over fifty mezcals for sipping, with select varietals also featured in cocktails such as the mezcal, aperol and yellow chartreuse classic, the Naked and Famous, and the signature Drift Bloody Mary.

Open seven days a week, Drift Kitchen + Mezcal Bar welcomes guests to dine, imbibe and enjoy Baja delights in the charming and historic San Jose del Cabo Gallery District.
