Cool Touch mitts, which include a line of fire-retardant mitts, Cool Touch Flame, combine superior protection and durability to stand up to the demands of the commercial kitchen.
Both Cool Touch and Cool Touch Flame oven mitts are NSF Certified and provide outstanding performance, with Cool Touch Flame designed for intermittent flame protection.
Cool Touch oven mitts offer the following features and benefits: heat protection to 500 F for up to 15 seconds; steam protection; poly-cottonblend with a Kevlar WebGuard; magnet and loop for easy storage; machine-washable; and available in conventional and puppet-style mitts in 13-inch, 15-ince, 17-inch, and 24-inch lengths.
Cool Touch Flame mitts include all of the features and benefits of Cool Touch oven mitts, with additional protection: heat protection up to 535 F for up to 30 seconds; flame retardant; and Nomex construction with a Kevlar WebGuard.
Cool Touch and Cool Touch Flame mitts will start shipping in August.
