Ruth's Chris Steak House Says Cheers to the 5th of May

Ruth's Chris Steak House

This year, the 5th of May presents two reasons to celebrate - Cinco de Mayo and the 138th Kentucky Derby.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House recently created its Vintage Cocktail menu, which features new classics, like the Derby Peach Tea, alongside old favorites, like La Paloma. The menu offers the ultimate experience in hand-crafted cocktails whether the night calls for a south-of-the-border classic or a Southern-inspired drink.

La Paloma is known as one of the most popular tequila-based cocktails in Mexico and is now making its mark far and wide.

“Our version of La Paloma is the perfect combination of sweet and citrus,” states Ruth’s Chris Steak House Director of Beverage Strategy, Helen Mackey.

“We combine Patron Silver 100% Agave Tequila, freshly squeezed lime, Ruby Red grapefruit juices, and top the refreshing cocktail with an edible flower.”

Ruth's Chris Steak House is the largest upscale steak house company in the world, with over 130 restaurant locations around the globe. Founded in New Orleans by Ruth Fertel in 1965, Ruth's Chris specializes in USDA Prime grade steaks served in Ruth's Chris signature fashion ... "sizzling."
