Keeping those New Year’s resolutions just got a lot easier thanks to Ruby Tuesday’s new Endless Garden Bar. Ruby Tuesday has an all-new, expanded Endless Garden Bar with more than 55 ingredients—nearly double the number of items offered on the previous Garden Bar—at all locations. Ruby Tuesday’s new Garden Bar features more than a dozen new fruits and vegetables, premium cheeses, a variety of crunchy toppings and eight dressings that are now all made in-house with carefully selected ingredients. With this incredible variety of high-quality ingredients, everybody will be able to create their perfect salad.

Additions such as shredded kale, chopped romaine, artichoke hearts, roasted corn and edamame are just a few of the new items alongside such lasting favorites as diced cucumbers and onions, sliced baby ‘bella mushrooms, diced eggs, crumbled feta, and chopped bacon.

Ruby Tuesday’s latest financial report shows a nearly 18 percent drop in revenue.

Eight new dressings made in-house are crafted to make any Garden Bar creation better than it’s ever been. New Garden Herb Ranch improves on a classic guest favorite, while other distinctive choices such as Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette and Raspberry Poppyseed Vinaigrette are unique, delicious and exclusive to Ruby Tuesday.

“Ruby Tuesday has always been known for its Endless Garden Bar. More guests order the Garden Bar than any other item on the menu, and it’s a big reason why people come to dine with us,” says David Skena, chief marketing officer for Ruby Tuesday. “We have heard our guests and operators, learned and applied what our guests and operators have told us to ensure this new Endless Garden Bar—with more than 55 ingredients—provides everything guests want in a salad.”

The new Garden Bar is available with endless trips at lunch starting at $8.99 and dinner from $9.99. It can also be added to any entrée for $3.99 or substituted as a side starting at $1.49.

In November of last year, Ruby Tuesday launched a new core menu designed to offer guests new, contemporary dining choices that feature high quality ingredients and intriguing flavor profiles. In addition to the Garden Bar, the menu includes four new, freshly prepared salads (BBQ Chicken Salad, Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad, Mediterranean Chicken Salad or Kale Caesar Salad) that can be served three ways (traditional, chopped or stuffed in a warm baguette).

The company offers a Kids Eat Free program every Tuesday night from 5 p.m. to close where guests can receive one free kid’s meal with the purchase of one adult entrée. Guests are encouraged to sign up for the company’s So Connected email club to receive a free appetizer, exclusive news, offers and a free burger on your birthday.
