Presented by the team behind RPM Restaurants, Pizzeria Portofino will open this June directly on the Chicago riverfront. The restaurant is a sun-drenched casual pizzeria that instantly transports you to the Riviera, offering expansive patio seating on its 130-foot outdoor terrace. Expect hand-stretched pizzas, vegetable antipasti, and artisan pastas coupled with a robust spritz program and approachable coastal wines. The all-day restaurant will offer lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends in a lively and fun atmosphere for all to enjoy.
Set to open September 2019, RPM Events On The Water is the premier location for private events and weddings in downtown Chicago. Guests enter through a private entrance into the main foyer then descend down the grand staircase past a pre-function room and a dedicated wedding suite before entering into the grand ballroom. With more than 6,000 square feet that can host 250 guests for a seated function and 425 for a reception, the ballroom can also be divided into three independent spaces with access to the outdoor terrace, providing sweeping views of the Chicago River along the entirety of the venue. Offering a fully customizable culinary experience, each event menu is created by Chef / Partner, Doug Psaltis, with wine lists curated by Beverage Director, Richard Hanauer, to provide guests with the best of RPM Restaurants.
With panoramic views of the Chicago River, RPM On The Water will open this fall and is the latest restaurant from the RPM team of partners including R.J., Jerrod and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, acclaimed chef Doug Psaltis and celebrity couple Bill and Giuliana Rancic. Designed by award-winning architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, the restaurant includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a second-floor mezzanine with two private terraces and a spacious main floor patio, all providing a waterfront backdrop from practically every vantage point. Building on the culinary successes of RPM Italian and RPM Steak, RPM On The Water features the truest expression of the world's best fish and seafood paired alongside the brand's well-established steak program, award-winning wine lists and impeccable service.
