Royal India Bistro, formally known as Gaylord India Restaurant, has returned to Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino to offer authentic North Indian cuisine in an updated and newly renovated restaurant. Award-winning restaurateur, Harjit Singh, has brought his best to Las Vegas. Every dish is individually prepared to ensure freshness and quality, cooked with the freshest handpicked vegetables, and uses only original spices from India.

The 500-degree tandoor clay oven produces a variety of delectable choices including freshly baked flatbread, chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, king prawn skewers, and traditional sheesh kabob.  The complex flavor combinations of time-honored Indian cuisine are best showcased in classic chicken, lamb, seafood, and vegetarian house-specialties. Royal India Bistro imports a selection of Indian beers to compliment the dishes, in addition to a full bar.

For those unfamiliar with Indian food, or unable to decide among a menu of tempting selections, the lunch buffet is offered daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The daily happy hour offers half-off appetizers plus discounts on wine, beer, and a variety of Indian-inspired cocktails including the Mangotini and Cilantro Mojito.  During dinner, the best selection of different tastes can be found in the Complete Dinners sections, which offers a variety of dinners comprised of at least two main dishes, dal (lentil soup), rice pulao, naan, dessert, and chai.
