Roth Cheese, makers of award-winning specialty cheese, is adding a new Chèvre flavor to its collection of fresh goat cheeses with the introduction of Roth Cranberry Cinnamon Chèvre. With the holidays around the corner, this spicy/sweet variety is complex, yet light and mellow, and perfect for celebrating the season. The new cheese pairs especially well with cured meats, spiced nuts, and seasonal beverages like apple cider and barrel-aged beers.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, shoppers have shown that they love specialty cheese. According to iRI data, goat cheese has grown 14 percent year-to-date in 2020.
Roth Chèvre is available in several flavors including classic, garlic herb, cranberry cinnamon, and wild blueberry in 8-ounce or 4-ounce logs at Walmart Supercenters nationwide and at ImperfectFoods.com.
