Rosa Mexicano Rolls Out New Menu and Rebrand

Rosa Mexicano, a restaurant group deeply rooted in authentic Mexican cuisine, announced the launch of their new menu and rebrand after almost a decade. The complete new shift comes as one of Chef Manuel Trevino’s first initiatives as the new VP of Culinary for Rosa Mexicano. With much of the inspiration drawn from his early childhood and culinary expertise over the years, Trevino is reintroducing signature dishes, cocktails, and perfectly crafted shared plates with a “new twist” on fine-dining Mexican fare.

The vision and motivation behind the complete new menu redesign was to position and highlight Rosa Mexicano’s “elevated fiesta” mantra throughout all senses of the word in not only their culinary efforts but, interiors, menus, website, uniforms, and more. The modernized look and feel of the menu and brand reconstruction took many months but has finally launched across all restaurant locations.

New menu items include Ceviche, Parrillades, Black Bean Empanadas, Camarones al Ajillo, Birria Questacos, as well as an update to their already signature guacamole now served with a variety of new add-ons including Grilled Pineapple Pico, Bacon and Cotija, and Lump Crab Meat. Additionally, Manuel gave the cocktail menu a revamp with insta-worthy cocktails such as the Smokey Cosmorita, Spicy-Cucumber, and the Blood Orange Sunrise, plus keeping some of their classic favorites such as the Josefina Margarita made with Komos Rose Tequila, and the signature pomegranate margarita – a staple since 1984 when the restaurant opened.
