Rock & Brews will take over Wisconsin this summer with a month-long series of events to promote the restaurant opening at Potawatomi Casino Hotel Milwaukee.

Rock & Brews Continues Expansion across U.S.

Rock & Brews, the rock-inspired restaurant group co-founded by Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons from the acclaimed rock band KISS, continues to expand its national restaurant and casino footprint, with no signs of slowing down. On the heels of new restaurant openings this past spring in Plantation, Florida and San Antonio, Texas, Rock & Brews is gearing up for a summer of celebrations and winter of openings.

Rock & Brews will take over Wisconsin this summer with a month-long series of events to promote the restaurant opening at Potawatomi Casino Hotel Milwaukee and Summer Concert Series at Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter. In Braman, Oklahoma, Rock & Brews Casino will host a concert later this summer, as well. The schedule of events is below:

  • Grand Opening | Potawatomi Casino Hotel | Milwaukee, Wisconsin
    • On August 1, the highly anticipated 250-seat Rock & Brews restaurant will open within the Potawatomi Casino Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. To commemorate the opening, which comes after an extensive $190 Million renovation of the property, Co-Founders Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons will spearhead an exclusive Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 11 a.m. The impressive 6,000 square foot restaurant, which features a band stage for live entertainment and nearly 50 beers on tap, will officially open to the public at 3 p.m.
  • Rock & Brews Concert Series at Potawatomi Hotel Casino Carter | Potawatomi Casino Hotel | Carter, Wisconsin
    • In advance of the KISS concert presented by the Potawatomi Casino Hotel on the Rock & Brews Stage September 1, the month-long rock ‘n’ roll celebration will include a two-week concert series at the Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter.   The outdoor concerts will take place within a pop-up beer garden and to complement the live entertainment, Rock & Brews will serve signature menu items, such as the Demon Chicken Sandwich, Fish and Chips, hot wings and more, as well as local craft beer. Doors open for the beer garden at 4 p.m., and all shows begin at 7 p.m. The schedule of performers is as follows:
      • Friday, August 4 – Yesterday; Tribute to the Beatles
      • Saturday, August 5 – Uptown Funk; Tribute to Bruno Mars
      • Sunday, August 6 – Nashville Unplugged: The Story Behind the Song
      • Friday, August 11 – Son of a Gun; Tribute to Guns N Roses
      • Saturday, August 12 – Gary LeVox, lead singer of Rascal Flatts
      • Sunday, August 13 – Jefferson Starship 
  • Jefferson Starship Concert | Rock & Brews Casino | Braman, Oklahoma
    • Jefferson Starship will take the stage at Rock & Brews Casino in Braman, Oklahoma on Saturday, August 19th. KAW Nation opened the first Rock & Brews fully branded casino in May of 2022 and is working on the next phase, a Rock & Brews Hotel, coming soon.
  • Rock & Brews Stage Presented by Potawatomi Hotel & Casino KISS Concert | Crandon Raceway | Crandon, Wisconsin 
    • As part of their KISS: END OF THE ROAD WORLD TOUR, the legendary rock band will head from Carter to Crandon to perform one of their signature elaborate concerts at the world’s most iconic off-road raceway, the Crandon International Raceway. 


In addition to the Wisconsin expansion and activations, Rock & Brews announced the opening of the first ever Rock & Brews Restaurant and Concert Bar within the iLani Casino Resort in Ridgefield, Washington. The addition of Rock & Brews will expand iLani’s events and live music capabilities, accompanied by a new dining option. The new restaurant and concert venue will open early 2024.
