Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace announced the appointment of Sean Riebau as the new director of food and beverage. Bringing a wealth of hospitality and culinary industry experience, Riebau will elevate the standards of exceptional service and creative programming on property. 

He will oversee the financial and managerial operations as well as the execution of the hotel's newly launched food and beverage outlets including full-service restaurant, Letterpress; marketplace, Citrus28; lobby bar, Sunnies; poolside restaurant, Shades; in-room dining for 1,011 rooms, and catering for the property’s extensive 92,000 square feet of meetings and events spaces.

“With more than nine years of experience and passion for innovative cuisine, Sean is becoming an instrumental part of our growth and leadership team," says James Grosso, general manager at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. “His knowledge and insight on operations and management are set to increase the success of the hotel's revamped culinary offerings.”

Most recently, Riebau joins the team from Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel, a 3,500-room property with 13 restaurant outlets, where he served as the assistant director of food and beverage for two years. In his role, he generated excess of $75 million a year in food and beverage revenue, the highest profit-producing culinary program in the Hilton Worldwide portfolio. Prior to his position in Hawaii, Riebau spent seven years with Interstate Hotels at various locations.
