Rib & Chop House, Finally Restaurant Group’s flagship concept known for its sizzling comfort food, Louisiana-inspired flavors and Rocky Mountain Hospitality, was recently honored by as the ‘Best Steakhouse in Wyoming,’ in an article from Love Food, based on Yelp reviews and other accolades.

The recognition will come as no surprise to local devotees of each of the restaurant’s 12 locations, and is a clear indication that the company’s low-profile approach to high-quality food is gaining a broader audience, especially as the brand positions itself against bigger chains during its upcoming franchise expansion.

Writes Love Food’s Karlina Valeiko, “Everyone knows there’s no shortage of cattle farms in Wyoming, so it’s no surprise how saturated the state is with excellent steakhouses. Rib & Chop House now boasts 11 other locations in the West, but the original Cheyenne joint is still unbeatable. The fried green tomatoes and crabmeat-stuffed mushrooms are an absolute delight, while the steaks are incredibly flavorsome – the sharing 36oz certified Angus côte de boeuf is stunning.”

Rib & Chop House’s signature offerings include its Famous Filet, which is the restaurant’s finest choice tenderloin, hand-cut and broiled to specifications. Another guest favorite over the years is the aforementioned Cote de Boeuf; 36 ounces of bone-in certified angus beef, a French cut ribeye which is large enough for two. It is served on a sizzling platter with fresh herbs and garlic, with ample marbling and exceptional tenderness and flavor.

“Rib & Chop House prides itself on serving up world-class steaks with our distinct Rocky Mountain Hospitality. And doing so in cities and towns where the big national chains won’t show up,” says Yaron Goldman, CEO of Finally Restaurant Group, parent company of Rib & Chop House. “We’re thrilled to be honored by this publication as Wyoming’s best restaurant for a steak dinner”.

Providing something for everyone, with great food and fantastic service in an environment that’s both high-end and approachable, The Rib & Chop House serves up sizzling comfort food with a dash of Louisiana flare and heaps of Rocky Mountain hospitality.
