Opening on October 21, Fia Steak is an intimate 48-seat restaurant designed by Adam Picker from the local award-winning design firm, Morpheus Design, offering four distinct dining experiences in the heart of Santa Monica. Executive Chef Brendan Collins offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest U.S. cuts of beef sourced from local farms. The elevated wine list offers an extensive selection including bold reds and the finest champagnes to choose from along with classic cocktails mixed to perfection. Fia Steak is the ultimate dining experience, crafted by Fia founder, Michael Greco. Greco’s focus on service, romance, and atmosphere, is the perfect complement to Chef Collins’s sublime menu.
