Opening on October 21, Fia Steak is an intimate 48-seat restaurant designed by Adam Picker from the local award-winning design firm, Morpheus Design, offering four distinct dining experiences in the heart of Santa Monica. Executive Chef Brendan Collins offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest U.S. cuts of beef sourced from local farms. Expect dishes such as A5 Wagyu Japanese Tenderloin, Chateaubriand Barrel Cut Prime Filet and 30-Day Dry-Aged Prime Porterhouse.
Non-meat eaters can take heart in their selection of handmade pastas, fresh fish and the raw seafood bar featuring dishes like Grilled Maine Lobster Risotto and Tableside Blue Fin Tuna Tartare. The elevated wine list offers an extensive selection including bold reds and the finest champagnes to choose from along with classic cocktails mixed to perfection. Fia Steak is the ultimate dining experience, crafted by Fia founder, Michael Greco. Greco’s focus on service, romance, and atmosphere, is the perfect complement to Chef Collins’s sublime menu.
