The Restaurant at the Norton Museum of Art announced the launch of its weekend brunch with a delicious menu curated by Executive Chef Jair Solis Mendoza and the incredible team at Constellation Culinary Group. The new brunch specials will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. alongside The Restaurant’s lunch offerings.
The Restaurant, which overlooks the Norton’s majestic sculpture garden, offers visitors light, modern-American fare with nods to coastal influence with a menu consisting of flavorful entrees, light bites, creative cocktails, wine and champagne. Museum-lovers can stroll through the Norton’s current exhibition A Personal View on High Fashion & Street Style: Photographs from the Nicola Erni Collection on view until February 12.
On the menu is a classic Avocado Toast ($18), with a creamy pesto sauce on toasted bread topped with cheesy mozzarella, crunchy radish and baby heirloom tomatoes for a juicy finish; a fluffy French Toast ($16), topped with mixed berries and a sweet zabaglione cream. For a heartier dish, brunch enthusiasts can order the Crispy Duck Confit Hash ($20), with sweet potato base with spelt and quinoa topped with an avocado puree, maitake mushrooms and a six-minute duck egg; or the Smoked Salmon ($22), served on top of an everything bagel with cream cheese, onions, a hard-boiled egg with capers and cucumbers. Guests can also add a side of Candied Maple Bacon for $10.
The weekend brunch will also include a full bar of brunch favorite beverages such as Bottomless Mimosas ($22), Mimosas ($13), Blueberry Lavender Mimosa ($14), a Bloody Mary ($14), or a Seasonal Bellini ($13).
