Red Robin, Trabon Team Up for Menu Support, Marketing


Trabon's Marketing Services Group, a leading provider of Web-to-print restaurant technology and printing solutions, has inked a multi-year agreement with Red Robin International to support the casual-dining chain's marketing efforts and cost-management initiatives.

Trabon will provide customized technology tools, printing, and fulfillment services to help Red Robin restaurants better manage menu versioning and production.

In addition to the menu support, Trabon also will provide support for various Red Robin marketing deliverables, including promotions, loyalty programs, guest retention, training, beverage, and new restaurant development.

Red Robin turned to Trabon for its comprehensive offerings that eliminate hassles and speed up time-to-market for marketing deliverables. Advanced technology services through comprehensive print and fulfillment capabilities are all housed under one roof at Trabon, saving time and money.

Trabon's vast portfolio of restaurant clients also attracted Red Robin to the firm.

Trabon MenuNet, a Web-based tool specifically designed for restaurant management, will help Red Robin streamline the process of organizing, producing, and distributing complex menus and data.

Franchisees and corporate users can custom-build menus online with corporate-approved options for such elements as featured items and pricing, then proof and order menus in real time.

Such access and process automation provides faster time-to-market; less human intervention and potential for errors; greater control of branded materials; and better reporting.

The Red Robin chain also is using Trabon PrintNetManager, a hosted, Web-to-print ordering solution, to create the "Red Robin Toolbox" with Trabon's in-house technology developers.

Red Robin restaurants will tap the user-friendly Toolbox to order materials for in-store use and customize local marketing pieces.
