The dinner will be held Thursday, April 26, in honor of Dublin, Texas-based Dublin Bottling Works. The event will include Dublin-inspired dishes paired with Dublin sodas.

Cost is $100 per guest, and $50 of each ticket benefits the Dublin Economic Development Corporation, which works to pursue initiatives and projects that support economic vitality in the Dublin community.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with Dublin-inspired dishes that include: local greens salad; venison chili with Texas cornbread; Texas raised, slow-cooked beef rib with Dublin Dr. Pepper barbecue sauce; and a Balcones Blue Corn Whiskey Triple XXX root beer float.

“We have a long history with Dublin Bottling Works and have served Dublin Dr. Pepper at the Ranch since the day we opened,” says Judd Fruia, director of operations and general manager at the Ranch. “This dinner is the perfect tribute to the owners and staff at Dublin Bottling Works and a great way to showcase the amazing products they serve.”
