The casual-dining concept Quaker Steak & Lube, known for its Best Wings USA and more than 20 sauce varieties, will bring a new restaurant to Florence, Kentucky.

The Lube will open to the public Wednesday, October 3 at 3 p.m. The restaurant will create close to 200 jobs for the area and will be the first Quaker Steak & Lube location in Kentucky.

Built in the Lube Classic design, it will encompass an 11,000-square-foot area while accommodating seating for more than 400 people, including a heated brickyard patio and three bars.

“We are very excited to open the first Quaker Steak & Lube in the state of Kentucky, right here in Florence,” says Jim Mills of Paragon Restaurant Group. “Everyone will have the chance to enjoy live music every Friday night on our outdoor heated patio, amongst a large list of other events and promotions we will be hosting.”

Highlights of the Florence Lube, hung from the ceilings and the walls of the restaurant, are a Rolling Corvette Chassis, Dan Weldon’s Indy Car, a Sprint Car, Rusty Wallace’s H-D 2000 NASCAR, and more.

The Florence Lube will feature appetizing menu selections and will hold supercharged events all week including all-you-can-eat wings on Tuesday, Breaded Boneless Wednesdays, Thursday Bike Nites, live music, and Sunday Car Cruisin’.

The Lube will be Northern Kentucky’s hottest spot to catch all sporting events on 48 TVs, featuring three 80-inch LED high-definition flat screens.

For convenient to-go food, the Florence Lube will also include a Pickup Wingo Area and the restaurant will be launching online ordering.
