Punch Bowl Social Adds Three Industry Vets to Leadership Team

Punch Bowl Social, the lifestyle brand known for its industry-changing approach to experiential food and beverage, announced today three strategic appointments to its leadership team as the company continues to accelerate growth nationwide. 

  • Restaurant industry veteran Peter Gaudreau, formerly the chief operating officer of Snooze: An A.M. Eatery, joins Punch Bowl Social as chief operating officer. Gaudreau brings over 25 years of experience growing successful restaurant brands, from fine and casual dining to fast casual concepts. While at Snooze, Gaudreau led the growth and organizational structure as the company expanded from eight to 34 restaurants within five years.
  • Stacy Galligan will serve as CFO of Punch Bowl Social. Galligan was most recently Pure Barre's chief financial officer, overseeing the financial operations of more than 500 locations. Prior to Pure Barre, Galligan served as the corporate controller for Smashburger, with more than 380 restaurant locations in 35 states and eight countries.
  • Linda Sim, formerly of Live Nation Entertainment, will join the team as the new executive vice president of sales. Sim is a seasoned sales and marketing executive who joins Punch Bowl Social from Live Nation Entertainment where she served as the vice president of sales and events, overseeing more than 50 national venues and a 200-person sales team. Sim also worked with Red Bull North America as part of their “Elite 5” marketing and events team.

Today’s announcement follows the recent news that former Hillstone Restaurant Group Executive, Sheamus Feeley, joined Punch Bowl Social’s leadership team as the chief culinary and beverage officer overseeing the brand’s scratch kitchen and culinary operations.
