Speakers from DoorDash, P.F. Chang’s, Red Robin, Fazoli’s, Potbelly, and more, will discuss the biggest off-premise challenges and opportunities at the The 2017 Restaurant Takeout, Delivery and Catering  Symposium.

Now in its third year, the Symposium is the only event of its kind and is designed to focus solely on the issues and best practices tied to building an off-premise restaurant business. This is especially important as technology providers and third-party delivery channels are fighting for market share.

“This summit speaks directly to the restaurant executives tasked with building takeout, delivery and catering platforms,” says Erle Dardick, founder and CEO, MonkeyMedia Software, The Catering Institute and Catering Insights. “With the caliber of speakers and focus of the agenda, we are shifting the conversation from whether restaurants should be offering these services, to how they can best overcome the operational challenges of off-premise.”

Symposium attendees will experience interactive sessions featuring a roster of high-level catering executives who will take a deep dive into the complexity of off-premise. Interactive sessions will feature variety of topics related to off-premise, including:

Building scalable off-premise strategies

The impact of third-party digital ordering platforms on off-premise operations

How to develop winning delivery strategies

Building a professional catering sales teams

The future of off-premise—deep automation

The Symposium will be held June 6, 2017, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Georgia Power Company in downtown Atlanta. General admission is $549.
