Potomac Family Dining Group, owner and operator of 67 Applebee’s Grill & Bar restaurants throughout the Mid-Atlantic, named Dennis Benson its chief operating officer. Benson, who has been with Potomac Family Dining since 2012, most recently served in the role of chief marketing officer, and previously led operations for the company’s southern territory as regional vice president of operations.

Before joining Potomac Family Dining Group, Benson served as Vice President of Operations for Fazoli’s Italian Restaurants, a nationwide franchisor of fast casual Italian meals.
