Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses Announce New Buffet Offerings

Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses announced all-new buffet offerings that pay homage to the variety of flavors across America. Starting Tuesday and available through September 10 at participating locations, Ponderosa and Bonanza will offer an all-American menu lineup of California Strawberry Salad, New Orleans Bourbon Chicken, Tex Mex BBQ, New England Clam Chowder, Philly Cheesesteak Casserole, Florida Orange Chipotle Pulled Pork, Nashville Hot Fried Chicken and Boneless Wings, Kansas City BBQ Baked Beans, Iowa Corn Pudding and Georgia Peach Cobbler.

The Flavors Across America buffet features specialties from a variety of states across the U.S. The buffet includes a refreshing California Strawberry Salad, made with fresh spinach, romaine lettuce, strawberries, pecan pieces, red onions, and topped with blue cheese and a sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette; a hearty Philly Cheesesteak Casserole made with ground beef, green and red bell peppers, onions, cream cheese and topped with melted Provolone cheese; and a savory Tex Mex BBQ, featuring pork roast, Polish sausage, green and red bell peppers, and onions and finished with a sweet honey BBQ sauce. For fans in a peachy mood after their entrée, the Georgia Peach Cobbler provides the perfect amount of sweetness to end the meal.
