P.J.W. Restaurant Group Grows Corporate Tech Team

The P.J.W. Restaurant Group announced the hire of Dylan Maxwell as Senior Manager, Systems and Analytics. In this newly created role, Maxwell will serve as a critical member of the corporate team providing actionable insights into the financial, operational, and marketing programs to enhance customer satisfaction, grow revenue and increase productivity for the growing multi-concept operator responsible for P.J. Whelihan’s, The Pour House, Treno and The ChopHouse. Maxwell will report to Jessica Breslow, Director, Marketing and IT.

Prior to joining P.J.W. Restaurant Group, Maxwell was at Aramark where he served most recently as a Performer Manager in the Higher Education business supporting the overall strategic direction of the business with a focus on growth planning. Previously, he was a Business Analyst in IT Field Services and worked to standardize protocols for data analysis including menus, items, and touchscreen displays.

Maxwell honed his analytic skills while working as an HR Information Systems Analyst for SMG before joining Aramark in 2014.  During this time, he prepared reports for Senior Leadership on labor statistics, compensations, and benefits by interpreting the data for over 45,000 employees. He also managed the project upgrade of HRIS Systems while at SMG.

He began his career as an Assistant Systems Administrator for Combustion Research & Flow Technologies, Inc. where he built high-performance servers for complex simulation and modeling applications. Maxwell holds a B.A. from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and is a resident of Philadelphia.
