Cono Italiano, Inc., the exclusive license holder for the North American Distribution and Manufacturing rights for "pizza cono," a one-of-a-kind, drip-free, cone-shaped pizza made from proprietary dough and manufacturer of frozen foods, is pleased to announce its "pizza cono" and empanadas to be distributed by MSU FOODS for retail in Canada.

"MSU FOODS has been following the growing popularity of pizza cones across the world and we firmly believe that pizza cones are the "next big thing" in the 2.5 billion dollar frozen pizza category in Canada," states Vince Pettinicchio of MSU FOODS.

Cono Italiano Inc. will also produce eight varieties under the "Bianca Gormet" brand which will be launched in Canada and United States in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Expectations for 2012 and 2013 are in the range of 10 million dollars which is expected to double in 2014.

The two companies have begun negotiations for a similar agreement for retail sales in the United States where MSU FOODS associated sales and marketing firm, Northport Food and Beverage Company, would spearhead the operation.
