Chef Raymond is an experienced food and beverage professional with experience in both gaming and luxury hotels.

Bridges 446 is open seven days a week and serves lunch and dinner with everything from burgers and sandwiches to pasta dishes and fresh pizzas. Chef Raymond's remarkable resume includes most recently executive chef and general manager of Williams Country Club in Weirton, West Virginia, where he introduced scratch cooking, standardized recipes, and quality controls to culinary staff. In addition, Chef Raymond created a new restaurant and bar concept for a remodel and implemented a new wine program and menu.

Previously, Chef Raymond worked for Seminole Gaming Inc. in Coconut Creek, Florida, as the director of food and beverage. It was here that Chef Raymond impressively handled operations with revenue of $21 million per year. He also created new restaurant and bar concepts for four outlets and was successful in reducing overall costs and overhead within the first quarter.
