Pinstripes announced its plan to reopen all 13 locations across the U.S. on Friday, July 17. Since its founding in 2007, the company has been committed to creating extraordinary and magical connections among guests in a safe environment. Throughout the last four months, Pinstripes has reimagined its business by taking extra steps to ensure everyone’s safety, including social distancing with reduced dining and gaming capacity, enhanced cleaning protocols, expansion of patio spaces and more. In addition to curbside pick-up and no-contact delivery, Pinstripes has expanded their offerings to provide on-site food and beverage specials, as well as unique catering packages for at-home or office enjoyment.

“The safety of our team members and guests has been our primary concern as we strategized how to best reopen,” says Dale Schwartz, founder and CEO of Pinstripes. “We have always been a safe and comfortable haven for our guests, and in today’s uncertain times, this is more important than ever. We have taken considerable time to modify our operating guidelines and have enhanced our menu offerings, both on and off-site. Our teams are excited to return stronger than ever and welcome back our guests among the local communities.”

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Pinstripes has developed a comprehensive strategic reopening plan with an enhanced sanitation program for team members and guests. Given Pinstripes larger venue size of approximately 30,000 square feet of interior space, coupled with a significant amount of outdoor patio space across locations, the company is uniquely able to maintain a safe environment for guests. While venue guidelines vary by location, Pinstripes is implementing best practices outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and operating in full compliance with regulations set by local authorities.

For bowling and bocce gaming activities, Pinstripes is increasing existing sanitation procedures, such as:

The bowling area will reduce seating capacities to allow for one party a minimum of 2 lanes and each party’s designated area will be clearly marked

Each bowling and bocce reservation will have two hours to play and Pinstripes will use a minimum of 30 minutes between reservations to clean and sanitize

Concierge Service including designated team members to sanitize used bowling balls and place a sticker on the ball to indicate that the ball has been sanitized

Each guest will be given a glove to select their ball, and only one ball will be given to each bowler to bowl with during their experience, and will leave their balls on the lanes to be re-sanitized after use

BAR, BISTRO AND PATIO OFFERINGS

Continuing the commitment to serving quality, exceptional Italian-American cuisine and curated wine and cocktails, Pinstripes is providing guests with daily food and beverage specials, expanded patio dining, live music and more. In addition to daily happy hours (excluding Saturdays), weekly specials will include Tuesday Beer Buckets ($12), Whiskey Wednesdays, Thursday Night Socials, Friday 50/50 Wine (50% off bottles of wine), as well as Saturday and Sunday Brunch with bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys.

To accommodate social distancing and reduced capacities across locations, Pinstripes has expanded various locations patio spaces which feature outdoor bocce courts, fire pits and outside bar access, making it the perfect open-air destination for dining this summer and fall. For added entertainment, Pinstripes will also host local musicians to perform on Fridays and Saturdays at select locations.

Finally, given the prevalence of people working from home, Pinstripes seeks to become your home office connection, away from home, and plans to offer a warm and comfortable environment, complete with video conferencing and wireless internet access, for those wanting a work space for themselves and colleagues.
