On April 10, 2012, Chef/Owner Staffan Terje and Owner Umberto Gibin will host their annual Passover Dinner at Perbacco, the authentic Italian restaurant situated in San Francisco’s Financial District. Special Guest Chef Joyce Goldstein will join Chef Staffan in the kitchen to cook recipes from her book Cucina Ebraica.
The night will feature a special four-course menu inspired by Chef Goldstein’s vibrant Italian Passover dishes. The dinner is priced at $49 per person.
Guests are invited to celebrate with dishes such as Brodo con Polpette e Uova per Pesach; Stufato di Fave, Carciofi e Lattuga, Carciofata di Trieste; and Pan di Spagna alle Nocciole.
