Oneida Hospitality Group, a leading provider of commercial foodservice and hospitality solutions to US and Canadian foodservice markets, announced the appointment of James Conners to Chief Financial Officer starting Monday, March 15, 2021.  As CFO, James will join a newly organized management team led by CEO Scott McDaniel and President Bryan O’Rourke.

James joins OHG after serving as Chief Financial Officer of Encyclopedia Britannica.  While leading the finance team at Encyclopedia Britannica, James also headed strategic planning and areas of global sales – attaining double digit revenue and EBITDA growth during his tenure.

“The group is very excited to add Jim to the Oneida leadership team.  Our future growth plan requires us to assemble the right management to support our short term and long-term objectives.  Jim’s experience and skill set make him the right fit and we are pleased to welcome him to the OHG family,” says Scott McDaniel, CEO of Oneida Hospitality Group.

Prior to joining Encyclopedia Britannica, James served as the Chief Financial Officer for Triwater Holdings, Inc. – a $180 million private equity-backed environmental services company comprised of ten operating companies. Preceding Triwater, James held high level finance and accounting positions for AC Nielsen and Hartmarx Corporation.

James is a CPA and earned his BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
