Executive Chef/Partner Paul Kahan and the One Off Hospitality pastry team are offering three curated options reviving classic Blackbird sweets, available exclusively for Valentine’s Day for shipping nationwide through One Off at Home. Over the years, Blackbird was the recipient of numerous pastry awards for its complex, delicate and iconic flavors and the care given to the evolving dessert menu, becoming known for that last course.
Inspired by decadent desserts formerly featured at Blackbird, guests can choose from a rich sampling of truffles and bonbons that are perfect for a meaningful, one-of-a-kind gift, and that true love — and hospitality — never dies. Offerings include:
Blackbird Truffle Box — Six Hazelnut Truffles and Six Spiced Caramel Truffles
Blackbird Bonbon Box — Four of each: Strawberry Ganache, Passionfruit Caramel and Banana Rum Ganache
