PGA Frisco has opened two new dining/bar/entertainment concepts – Ice House and Lounge by Topgolf within the new District.
 
Located at 3255 PGA Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033 both offer a casual, indoor/outdoor venue option to as well as indoor space featuring golf and simulator bays.
 
Ice House
Ice House is a casual indoor/outdoor beer garden featuring Texas-sized frozen drinks, ice-cold draft beers, smokehouse barbeque, burgers and more. The expansive outdoor area features cornhole and other yard games as well as six bays of live ball flight that opens up to the driving range.
 
Executive Chef of the Monument Realty PGA District, Adam Solowitz says, “Ice House is a space meant for families and friends to kick back and relax, play games, sip on cold drinks and enjoy delicious food meant to be shared. Our in-house smoked meats from our in-house pitmaster are the focus of our menu along with frozen margaritas, spiked iced tea and lemonade and cold draft beers.”
 
Highlights of the menu include the Smoked Meats Plate – half pound of in-house smoked meat with options of ribs, sausage, brisket and chicken; Spicy Sidewinders – smothered fries with a choice of smoked meat, brazos gouda, fennel slaw, full sour pickle, chipotle-pineapple kewpie; The Pitmaster Burger – slaw, bacon jam, fried onion, pepper jack, kewpie, brioche; Chopped Salad – option to add smoked meat, iceberg, romaine, avocado, river whey bleu, heirloom cherry tomatoes, pickled onion, charred corn, blackberry vinaigrette; and for dessert the Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich.
 
The beverage program offers Texas-sized frozen drinks including the Frozen Transfusion made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Owen’s Transfusion mix and concord grape juice; the Frozen Palmer with Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka and Kelvin Slush Citrus plus tea mix; and ice-cold draft beers and cocktails such as the Dirty Shirley with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Liber & Co. real grenadine syrup, lemon-lime soda, cherry popsicle; Dirty Birdie made with Rumhaven Coconut rum, pineapple juice, Coco Reàl, Monin vanilla, Q Club soda and tropical popsicle; and the
 
Back Nine Bloody Mary with Ketel One Vodka, Ancho Reyes Chile liqueur, Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix, Filthy Foods Pepper-Stuffed Olive, mini gherkin, pickled carrot, pimento cheese, celery stalk and a tajín rim.
 
The laidback ranch-style venue features seating for 300 inside and outside. 
 
Overlooking the Toptracer driving ranch and The Swing short course, yard games include cornhole, connect four, and more. Guests can also enjoy six hitting bays with Toptracer technology and stunning views.
 
Ice House is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
 
Lounge by Topgolf
The Lounge by Topgolf is an indoor elevated sports bar equipped with industry-leading Topgolf Swing Suite technology and a library of virtual games that offers a variety of game options. Guests can expect craft cocktails, chef-driven fare and a fun, immersive atmosphere that both golfers and non-golfers alike can enjoy. 
 
Chef Solowitz explains the menu, “We pulled inspiration for the menu from popular foods where golf courses are located around the world. Our dishes are made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and are a fun play on elevated bar fare.”
 
The menu features a variety of mouthwatering appetizers, salads, pizzas, a large selection of local draft beers, and elevated cocktails. Standouts include Deviled Eggs with pickled beets, pork belly and harissa remoulade; Queso Fundido – chorizo, heirloom tomato, pickled onion, pepitas; Green Pea Hummus – labneh, spring vegetables, dukkha, served with grilled naan; Smokehouse Pizza – house BBQ sauce, brisket, brazos smoked gouda, escabeche; SmashBurger – brazos cheddar, LTO, pub sauce, on a brioche bun; Arctic Salmon – served with couscous, pea puree, vadouvan, tzatziki.
 
To pair with the food menu, drinks include creative takes on classic cocktails such as Swinger’s Ball using Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange, Aperol, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lemon, Monin white peach, Q Club Soda, dehydrated blood orange wheel; Putter Nonsense with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Amaro Montenegro, pineapple juice, fresh lemon & sage, Monin Honey Jasmine, Passion Fruit Reàl, black walnut bitters, dehydrated pineapple wheel;
 
Rabbit Hole in One made with Rabbit Hole Boxer Grail Rye, Amaro Montenegro, Liber & Co. Caramelized Fig Syrup, black walnut bitters and Filthy Black Cherry; and many more.
 
Offering games such as hockey, golf, bowling and more, these experiential simulation bays are perfect for small gatherings with friends and family.
