Convivial steakhouse, NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will host an Orin Swift wine pairing dinner on Thursday, December 13.
The event will begin with a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m. in Legends Lounge followed by an interactive, five-course dinner at 7 p.m., featuring a selection of fine wines from Orin Swift Cellars.
The evening’s host will be Stan Gross of E&J Gallo Winery, who will take guests on an ebullient wine journey.
